Local Raised Beef - It's What's For Lunch

Thanks to local area cattlemen, Wednesday, August 29th students will get to enjoy great quality, Nebraska produced beef. Grilled hamburgers is on the menu for the 5-12 grade students and K-4 students will be having beef nachos. Many schools across the state are implementing the Nebraska Beef in Schools initiative for their students. The initiative is a great opportunity for producers, the Superior community and Superior Public Schools to show community pride and educate our youth about Nebraska's single largest industry at the same time.
